I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 17 years of experience in the mental health, trauma, and addiction treatment field.

I provide individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, family conflict resolution, and parent coaching for adults and families navigating emotional, relational, and behavioral challenges. I also work with clients online throughout Florida and across the United States through a coaching-based model when appropriate.

I began my career in residential treatment centers, where I worked across multiple levels of care, from direct care roles to therapist and clinical director. I later became CEO and owner of a treatment center, where I was responsible for both clinical leadership and organizational operations.

Through this role, I gained extensive experience not only in addiction treatment, trauma-informed care, and complex clinical systems, but also in business operations, organizational development, leadership, and managing multidisciplinary clinical teams.

This combination of clinical and leadership experience has informed my understanding of how people change over time, both individually and within systems, and supports my work with clients navigating long-standing emotional and relational patterns.

Although throughout my career I maintained a small private practice, after COVID I transitioned into full-time private practice. This shift allowed me to focus more directly on long-term relational and depth-oriented clinical work with individuals, couples, and families.

My clinical orientation

My clinical orientation is relational, attachment-based, somatic, and experiential, drawing from sensorimotor psychotherapy, mindfulness-based approaches, CBT, and psychodynamic therapy.

Some clients already understand their patterns intellectually and are looking for support in finally changing them. Others aren't yet sure what the pattern even is, and that is just as welcome here. Either way, my work is about creating real change in how you relate, respond, and move through life.
