Psychedelic experiences can open profound insight. But insight alone rarely creates lasting change, the real work happens in how you prepare beforehand and how you integrate afterward. That's the work I support.

Making meaning of what surfaced, working with the emotions, memories, and patterns it brought up, and, most importantly, translating insight into real, lived change so it doesn't simply fade. Many people who go through a psychedelic journey never truly integrate the transformation and insight they touched. So the real work is making meaning of what happened, then building a concrete, real-life strategy for carrying those changes into daily life. That (integration, meaning-making, and turning insight into a livable plan) is work I'm especially good at helping with.
My work is relational, attachment-based, somatic, and experiential, which is particularly suited to integration: the goal isn't just to understand an experience, but to embody the change it points toward. We work with what arises in real time, not only in retrospect.
I provide preparation and integration support only. I do not provide, facilitate, or advise on obtaining any controlled or illegal substances.
