Therapy & coaching for adults, couples, and families

My work is relational, attachment-based, and experiential. Rather than focusing only on insight, we focus on understanding and shifting emotional and relational patterns as they show up in real time, in session and in daily life. The goal is not just understanding patterns, but creating meaningful change in how you relate, respond, and move through life.

Individual Therapy

Individual Therapy

Working with the emotional, relational, and behavioral patterns contributing to stress, disconnection, or feeling stuck, trauma and attachment, anxiety and depression, addiction and compulsive coping, emotional shutdown or reactivity, and identity and life transitions.

Couples Therapy

Helping partners understand and shift the relational cycles that create distance, conflict, or disconnection, working with the emotional patterns underneath conflict as they happen in the room: intimacy, recurring conflict cycles, trust rupture and repair, and reactivity-and-withdrawal.

Family Therapy & Conflict Resolution

Support for families navigating conflict, disconnection, and ongoing relational stress: parent and adult-child conflict, tension around a shared family business, addiction or mental health challenges within the family, and communication breakdowns and emotional distance. I help mediate and work through conflict so the whole family can move forward.
